#9 - Travis Baker and Nick Paluzzi battle for the last two qualifying spots in the second Lites Heat.

#10 - 450 Heat 1 Start.

#11 - Andrew Short leads Ivan Tedesco and Chad Reed in the first 450 Heat. Short would hold off Tedesco for third while Reed fell and barely qualified in 8th.

#12 - Davi Millsaps goes in for the kill on his teammate on the first lap of the heat race.

#13 - Broc Tickle got redemption at LA after not qualifying in Phoenix. The 450 rookie would go on to finish 8th in the main event and looks to improve as the season unfolds.

#14 - Ivan Tedesco got landed on in the main event and hurt his hand. No word yet on how bad his injury is.

#15 - Brett Metcalfe sets up a pass on Millsaps in their heat race. Metcalfe was a quiet 5th in the main event behind Ryan Villopoto.

#16 - 450 Heat 2 Start.

#17 - Ryan Morais was solid in his heat race with a 5th but disaster struck in the main after landing on Trey Canard. Get well soon Mo and Trey!

#18 - Josh Grant looked better in LA after not qualifying for the main in Phoenix, but DNF'ed after having a problem in the opening laps of the main in LA.

#19 - Nick Wey has had bad luck this year in his heat races that usually send him to the LCQ. LA was no different with Wey transfering to the main via a 2nd in the LCQ and would go on to finish 13th.

#20 - Trey Canard battled with Ryan Dungey for most of the second 450 Heat and would go on to finish ahead of the points leader in 3rd. Canard and Morais crashed together over the triple on the first lap of the main which led to a red flag and restart.

#21 - Josh Hansen passes Justin Brayton in second 450 Heat. Brayton would end up crashing in both his heat and the LCQ to not qualify.

#22 - Lites Main Event Start. Cole Seely looked to have it in the bag until Musquin pushed him wide and off the track.

#23 - Eli Tomac and Martin Davalos float over the first triple on the first lap of the Main Event. Tomac would go onto win by 15+ seconds.

#24 - Dean Wilson had a semi slow start in the main event but worked his way past Zach Osborne with 3 laps to go for 2nd.

#25 - Jason Anderson and Teddy Maier stretch it out in the first rhythm section. Anderson is getting better and better every week and left LA with a 5th and moved into 6th in the point standings.

#26 - Martin Davalos has been a fast starter but bad luck has kept him from finishing a main this year until LA where he stayed up and finished 9th.

#27 - Marvin Musquin battles with Tyla Rattray in the opening laps of the Lites Main Event. Rattray ended up a quiet 4th and had to give up his red plate to Tomac.

#28 - Cole Seely battled back to 15th after crashing on the start.

#29 - Ryan Sipes has had horrible luck in 2012 and just doesn't seem like the Sipes we saw last year who won races.

#30 - Billy Laninovich continued his march forward on the leader board with a 10th in LA which also moved him into the top 10 in Series Points.

#31 - Nico Izzi has shown flashes of brilliance this season and finished 11th in LA and now sits 9th in points.

#32 - Matt Moss gets around Billy Laninovich in the main event. Moss worked all the way to 8th after rounding the first corner in 16th.

#33 - Zach Osborne has been mad impressive during his Supercross holiday experience and finished a career best 3rd in the main event. Oakland will be the last race for Osborne as he starts to get ready for the GP's.

#34 - Marvin Musquin was closing in on Wilson and Osborne in the closing laps of the main event until a hard case left him on the ground and out of breath.

#35 - Musquin was all good though after catching his breath.

#36 - Eli Tomac was blazing fast in LA and set the fastest lap time out of the 250/450's combined.

#37 - Lites Podium. 3rd - Osborne, 1st - Tomac, 2nd - Wilson

#38 - Eli Tomac was all smiles after his first SX win of 2012.

#39 - Chad Reed was getting funky on the podium before the start of the 450 Main.

#40 - The Monster Girls look like they have a lot of fun.

#41 - 450 Main Start restart after the Morais/Canard crash.

#42 - The chaos of the first triple.

#43 - Ryan Villopoto crashed on the first lap right after the triple where Morais and Canard crashed and would remount to start 17th on the opening lap.

#44 - Chad Reed makes the pass on Ryan Dungey and sets his eyes on Weimer.

#45 - Andrew Short had a night to forget after finding himself on the ground in the first corner after the re-start.

#46 - James Stewart leads Reed before being passed on the following lap. Stewart looked better than weeks previous but crashes have hindered his results in 2012.

#47 - Kevin Windham said he couldn't get the whole Canard/Morais crash out of his head the entire main event and cruised to another top 10 finish.

#48 - Chad Reed made quick work of Stewart and Weimer in only a few laps.

#49 - Jake Weimer was a solid second until Stewart took him out in one of the bowl turns. Weimer recovered for 11th.

#50 - Kyle Partridge made his second main event of the year but had some bad luck and found himself on the ground.

#52 - Ryan Villopoto had to work his way up from way back in the field.

#53 - Kyle Chisholm has been JWR's number one rider after the first 3 rounds and sits 13th in points.

#54 - Ryan Dungey was quick in LA but couldn't find that extra gear to beat Reed. Dungey still holds on to the points lead, 4 up on Reed.

#55 - Chad Reed leads Stewart.

#58 - Mike Alessi got stuck in the gate after the re-start and worked his way into another top 10 finish. Alessi sits 11th in points right behind Millsaps.

#59 - Ryan Villopoto got so close to Stewart at the end of the Main Event but couldn't pull the trigger.
