Pell City, Al - RPM Sports is pleased to announce that FMF will continue their partnership for 2012.  FMF has been a long time partner of RPM Sports and will kick off the 2012 season at the 2012 AMA Thor Spring Classic, as presenting sponsor. We are very excited and proud to have partnered with FMF again for another great year of racing with the RPM Sports program, stated Jamie McWilliams,” owner of MillCreek Mx Park and VP of RPM Sports The FMF semi along with Joel and Kyle will be displaying all the new product for 2012, and will be on hand for trackside support to all of the riders.  “We have always looked forward to supporting the Spring Classic at MillCreek Mx Park.  The event continues to grow, especially by the relocation to such a great, competitive track and facility as MillCreek Mx Park,” said Joel Thornberry of FMF. “Last year was outstanding for FMF at the Spring Classic and we do not expect any less for 2012.    FMF will have nightly activities during the event, and look forward to seeing all of the talented riders battle it out for championships,” continued Thornberry.

ABOUT THE 2012 AMA THOR SPRING CLASSIC

The AMA Thor Spring Classic has consistently been a proving ground for amateur racers of all ages.  For over 20 years, this event has seen the likes of many amateur racers like Trey Carnard, Dean Wilson, Eli Tomac and Justin Barcia pass through on their way to becoming top ranked pro riders.  For 2012, the industry, sponsors, race teams and top ranked amateurs will once again, embark on this great event, beginning March 12, 2012.  No pre qualifying is necessary.  The race will host a 3 moto format, using heat races to qualify the field down to a 40 man gate.  The main motos will include 15-20 minutes of bar to bar racing with a site lap before each gate drop.
