Someone get Mitch Payton a cold beer!
Already without Jett Reynolds and Cameron McAdoo, who had a gnarly crash at the opener last weekend, Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki announced today that Austin Forkner is out for Hangtown and probably the year due to a shoulder injury.
“Due to a shoulder injury sustained during preparation for the 2022 AMA Pro Motocross Championship, @pcraceteam’s @austinforkner will meet with medical professionals to undergo a reparative procedure. Forkner will be sidelined from racing as he makes a full recovery.”
Damn, this sucks. Forkner was finally getting back to top speed and then this.
