Ken Roczen, Honda HRC Part Ways

Some big news dropped on James Stewart’s “Bubba’s World Podcast” today.

Ken Roczen announced that he and Honda HRC have parted ways and he is now a free agent.

According to Roczen, Honda pulled an offer and it had to deal with his decision to race the upcoming FIM World Supercross Championship.

“Honda decided to pull the offer that they gave me, which by the way was a great offer,” he said.

“It’s a funky situation to be in, by at the same time I’m sticking to my guns.”

Roczen was a major get for Honda back in 2017, after he won a title with RCH Suzuki. Roczen dominated the opening two AMA Supercross rounds before a horrific crash ended his season and sidelined him for nearly a year.

At this time Roczen’s future is up in the air.

  1. Both Suzuki and Roczen have had a rough go lately. Suzuki should sign Roczen to a fair contract with a lot of performance incentives. They both could use a boost in recognition and standings!

  2. I have the utmost respect 🙏 for this man, he’s so talented, and he races clean, hated to see the bad injuries he’s had but got back up from them and kept pursuing the sport he loves, most people would have hung it up, I hope someone picks him up with a great contract, nothing but respect for Ken.
