Pierce Brown Confirms Departure from Troy Lee Designs

Pierce Brown has confirmed he will not return to the Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GasGas team in 2025.

The Utah native, who has spent his entire pro career with the team since turning pro in 2019, is rumored to be joining the Monster Energy/Star Racing Yamaha team for 2025.

Brown, who won his first career main event at the SuperMotocross season finale in Las Vegas on Saturday night, thanked the team on Instagram Monday:

“It’s been a hell of a ride with @troyleedesigns Our last dance was Saturday and man was it bittersweet. Thank you to Troy, TK, and Frankie as well as the rest of the boys @tld_raceteam for everything you’ve done for me over the past few years. Never doubted me when a lot started to. Everyone at TLD has been and will always be family to me. I could write a book about the times we’ve had but I’ll keep it as short and just say that through thick and thin I wouldn’t change it for a thing. Last but not least thank you to my brother Wil Hahn I wouldn’t be here without him. As for now unfortunately this chapter has come to an end. Update you guys soon but much love to everyone who’s been a part of it❤️📈”

TLD has been a partner with KTM since 2016 with either KTMs or recently the GasGas brand, but rumors suggest the team will no longer run in 2025, with TLD rumored to be taking over Ducati when the brand makes its debut in 2026.
