Liqui Moly Beta Signs Mitchell Oldenburg for 2025 Season

While Triumph garnered a lot of attention for embarking on its first SuperMotocross season in 2024, another manufacture also debuted and had a successful year.

Factory Beta entered its first season in 2024 with Benny Bloss and Colt Nichols. While Nichols eventually parted with the team and joined HEP Suzuki, Bloss had a successful first year, finishing 15th overall in 450 Supercross and 27th in the SMX Playoffs.

Today, Liqui Moly Beta announced its replacement for Nichols. Veteran Mitchell Oldenburg, who rode for MotoConcepts in 2024, will join the team for the entire Monster Energy Supercross Championship, three select rounds of AMA Pro Motocross, and the SMX Playoffs.

“I’m super excited to be working with Beta USA for 2025 and being able to race all 17 rounds of Supercross this season. With this being my first full season in the 450 class, I’m looking forward to growing with the team and getting better each weekend,” said Oldenburg.

“Beta USA is super happy to be working with Mitchell for the 2025 season. Mitchell brings great experience to the team and we look forward to him showing up to Anaheim 1 on his Beta 450RX,” said Team Manager Carlen Gardner.
