As teams start to announce which coast their selected 250 riders will represent, one rider has finally found a home and is looking to make an impact in his rookie season in the pros. Avery Long has signed with AEO KTM squad alongside the returning Talon Hawkins and Lux Turner. CJ Bernard will join the team when the Pro Motocross season kicks off.
Long has been very open about the minimal opportunities he’s had since the announcement of NSA Yamaha closing up shop and with Long ready to turn pro, he was determined to prove his worth wherever he landed.
Avery seemed super excited about this opportunity and is ready to prove that he is a supercross rider and not just an outdoor guy. While the change from one brand to another could bring some challenges, Long assured me that he is adjusting to the new bike and will be ready to line up for A1.
Jeremy Scism – Team Manager and Owner: “The 2025 racing season for our team is shaping up to be our best yet! We’re excited to have the incredible support of our amazing partners and such a motivated and talented team.”
