Troy Dog broke this down in his HBI Racing Kawasaki team preview yesterday and now Caden Braswell has confirmed that he will miss the entire 2024 Monster Energy Supercross season after undergoing knee surgery.
Braswell made the announcement on his Instagram:
“Well… As you can tell in these pictures I’m not in moto gear 😂 After looking at the cards I was dealt it was obvious to have the knee fixed. I will be missing this upcoming SX season in order to rehab and get my body back to firing on all cylinders. Thank you to all my supporters.”
The 2022 Nicky Hayden Horizon Award spent time with Phoenix Honda and then had a fill-in ride with the TLD/Red Bull/GasGas before joining HBI for the SuperMotocross Playoffs in 2023.
He currently does not have a return date set, but team owner Matt Bell says that when he does return it will most likely be in Pro Motocross on a 450.
