The injury woes continue to pile up for the Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki squad. On the eve of the 250SX East Region opener in Tampa, Cameron McAdoo has confirmed he tore his ACL in a practice crash last week.
“I can confirm it, last week I had something happen out of my personal control and I did fully tear my ACL,” he said in the opening round press conference. “I’m happy to be here with you guys and God willing I’ll be able to do this tomorrow. I feel like the team worked too hard and I worked too hard for this to be the way the racing portion of 2025 book ends. I owe it to myself and my team to give it everything I have. Right now the goal is to get through supercross, but we’re taking it week by week for now. I think everyone knows if there’s anyone that can do this, it’s me.
McAdoo will attempt to ride the opener tomorrow and hopes to make it through the Supercross season.
This is a breaking news post and will continue to update.
