“We’ll Dust Ourselves Off and Come Back Swinging,” Webb Down, but Not Out After Unadilla

Star Racing Yamaha’s Cooper Webb crashed in the second 450 Moto yesterday at Unadilla in a rough spot.

He found himself on the down side of a blind hill. When Webb remounted the TV coverage showed him riding off the track and favoring his left arm.

The good news is that Webb issued an update this afternoon and it sounds like he’s going to be okay for Budds Creek next weekend.

This is the best case scenario in this situation as you never want to see a rider go out, but you NEVER want to see one go out in their first race back in months.

Webb finished eighth in the first Moto at Unadilla and currently sits tenth in the 450 SMX standings.
