Coty Schock Inks a New Deal for 2022

Coty Schock was the breakout star of the 2021 season. The Delaware-native finished a surprising ninth overall in the 250SX Monster Energy Supercross West Region and then a solid 14th overall in the 450 Class of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross, which included three top-ten overall finishes.

Unfortunately, following the Pro Motocross season, the Michael Lindsay owned FXR/Chaparral Honda team announced it would be shutting down, leaving Schock and Carson Mumford without rides for 2022.

Mumford has landed with the BarX Suzuki team and now Schock has confirmed he’s found a new home.

On Instagram today, he announced he’s signed with Phoenix Racing Honda for the 2022 season.

“It’s official ❤️

@phxracinghonda is our new home and couldn’t be more thankful for this opportunity! Staying on @honda_racing_us was a priority to me and this plan just made sense 👊🏻 Thank you David Eller for being YOU and that’s just simply being a genuine human being who loves to go racing.

See everyone soon at the races🙏🏻”
