Daniel Blair Announces Departure From KTM Group

There’s not much Daniel Blair hasn’t accomplished in this sport. Arenacross Lites Champ, Supercross/Motocross pro, broadcaster for Race Day Live, play-by-play announcer for Monster Energy Supercross and Arenacross, podcast host, former owner of Eagle Grit, riding coach, host for Red Bull Motorsports and on and on and on. There is almost too much to list.

When he stepped down from full-time announcing for Monster Energy Supercross, one role he was stepping in to was team manager of the Orange Brigade KTM team. From everything we’ve heard, Blair shined in the role, helping riders and families within the amateur ranks.

Today, Blair announced after two years he was departing the KTM Group. You can read his full message below:

“The past 2 years have brought more fulfillment than I ever imagined. I was privileged by the KTM Group to help guide over 40 families, and the experience and memories are beyond explainable. Thank you @ktmusa @orangebrigade and everyone I got to work with. A+ people from top to bottom. To my boys! From the checkered flags to the crashes, I’m honored to say I worked with you all. You’ve inspired me to chase my own dreams again, and I’m forever grateful. Off to start a new chapter in life, and I’ve never been more excited for the future. News coming soon. See ya in 25.”

  1. Daniel has always been a class act, I think most people trusted his opinion because he always told it like it is and never bragged about his own accomplishments.
The KTM amateur program is losing a talented gentleman.
Good luck in the future Daniel, I’m sure you will be successful.
