Making Moves: Dirt Bike Depot Race Team Inks KTM Support

One of the newest teams in the sport is quickly becoming one of the fastest growing as well!

The Dirt Bike Depot Racing team announced that they have signed a partnership with WMR Competition Performance and with that they will now be a KTM supported team.

Both WMR and DBD are located out of Florida.

This is a big move for the team, who fielded a four rider team in the 2024 250SX East Region that included Logan Leitzel, Marcus Phelps, Bryce Shelly, and Gage Linville. The four riders could choose what OEM bike that they wanted to ride in 2024, but that all will change next year when the team will be all orange.

The DBD team made huge strides this year including Linville giving them an all-time team best 11th place finish in Philadelphia. The team also made history for their program when all four riders made the Main Event in Birmingham.

The team also announced that they will be operating out of a new rig for the 2025 season. In 2024, the DBD team had this setup.

Next year they will be graduating to this…

The man behind it all is Max Schwartz. You can learn all about his journey from hustling to get through college to a successful business owner on his episode of the Squad Pod.

Schwartz told me today that the team will once again be a four rider squad for the 2025 season. We’ll keep our eyes out for any news regarding who has been signed.

P.S: I say “WE”, but I really mean “ME” as I’ll text Max everyday for updates.
