GEICO Honda announced today that Hunter Lawrence is “day-to-day” for round 3 of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross at Ironman this weekend due to a shoulder injury.
Lawrence popped his shoulder out of joint in the first 250 moto at round 2 at Loretta Lynn’s last Saturday and did not line up for the second moto. He recorded a DNF in the first moto.
The team said Hunter was seen by a doctor on Monday and found no major damage; he will attempt to ride later this week and that will determine his status for Ironman.
