Last week I wrote about how amazed I am that Dylan Ferrandis doesn’t have a factory ride.
While it doesn’t appear that the Frenchman will get that, rumors of him signing with Phoenix Honda racing are heating up. Today, the team dropped a teaser on social about Dylan testing with the team.
“What an opportunity to have Dylan Ferrandis come out to test a Phoenix Honda,” the team wrote. “How do you think Ferrandis would do aboard a CRF450R in 2024?”
Ferrandis spent his entire pro career with Yamaha since coming to the U.S. and won the 250SX West Region title in back-to-back years (2019 and 2020), the 2020 250 Class Pro Motocross title and the 2021 450 Class Pro Motocross title in his rookie year.
All signs are pointing to DF changing to Honda next year. We’ll update as we know more.
