Each week, Slaw, Troy, and Denny Stephenson will come up with some topics and then list the riders most likely to accomplish those feats. Hence the title “Most Likely”. Most would call us brilliant.
Which rider is most likely to win in a Spelling Bee? Kevin Moranz or Justin Starling?
Slaw Dog: Justin Starling. Evar you seen his social captions? I feel if you taken the time to do good grammar on social, you prob winner of a spell bee. (Justin, fix what I did wrong please)
T-Dog: Tough choice, each of them are very smart when it comes to talking about business and running a program. It’s not like we’re talking about Cade and A-Ray here. You know what? Let’s just make this Spelling Bee happen when the Supercross season is over.
DBO: Hmmm. That’s a really good question. I don’t know either of them personally, but both seem to run a top notch privateer program for themselves. Altho, that doesn’t mean shit when it comes to basic spelling skills. Kevin is from nearby Kansas. While Justin is a Florida boy. So I’ll go with my Nebraska neighbor, Mr Moranz.
Cameron McAdoo and Tom Vialle each have a four race podium streak. Which rider is most likely not going to keep that streak alive in Foxborough?
Slaw Dog: Honestly forgot SX still existed. Been watching amateur footage for days. Glad to have it back. I got McAdoo.
T-Dog: Tough question again! Good job to me, who created it! Let’s go with McAdoo because these Red Bull KTM French riders are always so consistent.
DBO: I think we are all waiting for the Cameron self imploded shoe to drop. But, I don’t think it’s coming in 24SX. For Tom, it will all depend on the whoops & how big they are. He ain’t beating McAdoo tho. I will say that.
Who is the most likely to win the 450SX main event?
Slaw Dog: Jett
T-Dog: Jett, he is most likely to win the championship as well. All of the bad stuff is behind him now.
DBO: I’ll roll with Tomac going back 2 back Saturday night.
Is Pierce Brown most likely or most likely not going to be on the podium in Foxborough?
Slaw Dog: Brown has had a sneaky good season, but no podium this weekend, doggies.
T-Dog: The Deegan, Vialle, McAdoo trio has been on another level. I’m not saying Brown didn’t pick up the pace on the break, but I think he most likely won’t be on the podium in Foxborough.
DBO: Most likely not. I have absolutely ZERO faith in P Brown. He consistently folds like a cheap t-shirt each & every round when he is up front. I hope he proves me wrong one of these Saturdays.
We asked this last week to a different panel, but which rider is most likely to win in an arm wrestling competition: Jordon Smith or RJ Hampshire?
Slaw Dog: Both
T-Dog: I still have Smitty with his grandpa strength.
DBO: Hampshire would go Tyson & bite Jordon’s ear off before losing to him. Or JSmith would crash off his chair.
Same as above, is Jo Shimoda most likely or most likely not to win in a bear wrestling competition?
Slaw Dog: Shimoda might look small, but I have faith he would not only wrestle a bear, he would win.
T-Dog: I’ve been thinking about this and I think that Jo would make that bear tapout within three minutes.
DBO: Jo would totally disarm the bear with his puppy dog eyes & enjoy an evening of warm sake, while watching the latest Lindsay Lohan rom-com & cuddling on the couch.
Which rider are you most likely to build your 250 program around, Casey Cochran or Drew Adams?
Slaw Dog: We’ve been talking about how Adams is the next great red head and look at how well the previous red heads have done.
T-Dog: I’ve been saying for two years now that Cochran is going to become the next great champion in the sport, so I can’t back away from that now even if I wanted to.
DBO: I’ll go with Casey Cochran. And if we’re talking Bobby Regan, he would just hire both.
Marshal Weltin currently sits five points out of the top ten in the East Region standings. Is he most likely to finish inside or outside of the top ten by then end of the season?
Slaw Dog: Inside. He showed up to World Mini and was so damn fast.
T-Dog: Yes, Marsh dog is most likely to finish inside the top ten in points. He’s an ELITE Troy Dog Squad athlete and I’ve always believed in him.
DBO: I say inside the top 10. I’m a Weltin fan from watching him race locally in Iowa a few times & his 24AX appearances.
Which rider would you most likely choose the career of Ryan Dungey or Ryan Villopoto?
Slaw Dog: Both.
T-Dog: I said Dungey last week. This week I’m going with Villopoto.
DBO: Both just incredible careers. But the story of how Dungey went from B rider to legend is absolutely incredible.
Is Jett Lawrence most likely or most likely not going to extend his points lead in Foxborough?
Slaw Dog: More likely.
T-Dog: Jett is most likely going to gain 3 points on Cooper Webb.
DBO: Most likely not. Webb knocks him down in the heat race.
Are we most likely or most likely not going to see a different 450 rider (that hasn’t been on the podium this year) grace the podium in the last five rounds)?
Slaw Dog: No.
T-Dog: I’m really hoping to see Malcolm Stewart come alive in these last five races.
DBO: I don’t know. Who hasn’t been on the podium yet this season? Hold please…. OK. After a deep statistical dive, I’ll go with JCoop before Stewart. He has a 5th and a 6th. With his blazing qualifying speed, I can see a podium in his near future.
