The End of an Era: Krystian Janik Bids Farewell to Team Green

After many years of Team Green support, it appears that Krystian Janik’s time with Kawasaki has reached its end…for now.

Team Green has been in the news recently as they’ve just signed Vincent Wey to the team and they’ve also lost out on Caden Dudney who is heading to a new team. My sources aren’t exactly clear on which team, so I won’t name any until I get more information.

Janik put out a post on Instagram yesterday to thank Team Green for the years of support and showed them gratitude for everything they’ve accomplished together.

“My time with @racekawasaki has come to an end. I can’t thank everyone enough for all of the support I’ve received over the past several years. This has truly been the greatest life experience and I will forever be grateful for everything. Thank you so much @ryanholliday for believing in me and supporting me through it all. I wouldn’t be where I am today without all of the support!”

Janik went 9-10-10 for ninth overall in the Open Pro Sport class at Loretta Lynn’s in August, but had bad luck in the 250 Pro Sport class going 15-DNS-DNS for 39th overall.

The last time we saw Janik race was at the Ironman Moto Combine in August where he went 3-22 for 12th overall.

As of right now, no other information is available regarding Janik’s future, but we have a feeling the 18-year-old from Illinois will land on his feet with a good opportunity.
