Looks Like Haiden Deegan Will Make Pro Debut at Ironman

Well, it looks like we will see Haiden Deegan make his pro debut this weekend at Ironman.

Steve Matthes is reporting that Deegan will line up this weekend for the Monster Energy/Star Racing Yamaha team.

Deegan moved up to B this year and won the Schoolboy 2 title at Loretta’s. To earn his pro points, he’s raced the last two Pro Am events at Unadilla and Budds Creek.

I honestly can’t image how he’ll place among well-seasoned pro guys. Definitely top 10, but how will he hold up against the Lawrence brothers? Also wondering if DiFrancisco will be a threat…
