POWER RANKINGS ARE HERE!

Troy Dog and Slaw Dog are back for another round of Power Rankings! Yes, we understand that other power rankings lists exist, but OURS matter more. They just do mate! We pull more weight and our opinions are always spot on. So, if you make the list then you’re an absolute unit.

Many storylines developed last weekend at the opening round of the SMX Playoffs in Charlotte. This is where WE felt that the top stars should rank. Now this weekend in Texas we have higher stakes with double points up for grabs. Feel free to add your lists in the comments below.

Troy Dog

– Everyone hold on tight until Deegan moves up to the 450 class. This is going to be a boring ride from here on out…although if he keeps getting bad starts…that is fun to watch!

– Jettson came back from injury and was already that great? That’s not the news that anybody wanted.

– Sexton gets the nod for third this week because he still holds the lead in the playoffs. With double and triple points on the line, maybe he figured something out on his bike setup this week?

– Tomac is so back! I don’t think that he’s hit a ‘Beast Mode’ quite yet, but hey at least we’re finally getting those Jett/ET battles we’ve been wanting!

– Julien Beaumer is the greatest two-sport athlete since Bo Jackson and Deion Sanders.

– Carter Gray is the people’s champ after last weekend’s race in Charlotte.

– Chase Brennan followed the rules and won the 65cc All-Star race in Charlotte and had the chance to tell people about his new ride with the RM Army!

– The Chef continues to cook up podiums. He’s been on fire like a baked Alaska since mid-summer.

– Jo Shimoda spent a lot of time preparing for the SMX Playoffs with the help from his Playstation 5. A 3-5 for fourth overall was a great start to the playoffs for a rider who hasn’t healed up all the way from his broken collarbone.

– Hunter Lawrence had a 3-6 day in Charlotte for fourth overall. His rookie season continues to not feel like a rookie 450 season.

Slaw Dog

-What a baller. Don’t tell Carter you can’t send the finish line.

-Well, shit. I cursed us. Race is rescheduled for Oct 18-20 due to a hurricane.

-Best two sport athlete since Bo.

-2025 may be a long year.

-Haiden vs Jett will be the rivalry we’ve needed for a while.

-Beast Mode back?

-Not a great race for Sexton, but guess what? He still holds the red plate.

-We need a Kitchen cooking show. That’s all.

-Good race for Colt 45 on the Zook.

-Weltin has had a very underrated year.
