-One of the coolest moments in my time watching this sport. If you don’t have Mookie #1, you need to rethink your life.
-Has replaced Chuck Norris as the baddest dude on the planet.
-Poor privateers. Been a rough week for the island boys. Slaw is here for the you and why I put you third on my list.
-Some of us (me) have been HIGH on the Dax bandwagon for years. He proved why in Tampa. He’ll miss Detroit with a concussion, but I think he picks up where he left off once he returns.
-Second behind Eli as the toughest dude on the planet. Getting a podium riding with a torn ACL is mental, man.
-My title pick!
-Never would have thought Mad Max would be riding for Star again and leading the points. Wild world we are living in.
-Is starting to pick up momentum. I wrote about him a few weeks ago and was on target with my prediction.
-Has been really, really good this year. This sport is better when its Fried.
-Tough weekend but still the red plate holder. Not all bad.

I think everyone is sad this week. Sad Wes is too sad to write long sad things.
– 2025 is sad. 2025 should start making us happy again. Too many title contenders down and out in a flash. Please, 2025, find ways to make us not sad anymore. Until then, you’re hereby on probation.
– One thing that isn’t sad, Mookie taking his first win. I’ve been shooting this fella since Lake Whitney 2004 and to be there for his first victory was a pinnacle moment in my career. Thinking back to one week ago makes me Happy Wes.
– After the main event in Tampa, Cooper Webb wasn’t sad. He was pissed. Pissed Cooper Webb is bad news for the remaining championship contenders.
– We’re working with Martin Palm on a really badass project, and he’s a truly mind-blowing creative with an insanely unique skillset. This also makes me happy. You’ll see what we’re up to soon enough.
– He might be out, and yes that makes me sad, but Eli Tomac still runs in this week’s Guts Power Rankings because he’s a savage. GWS, Eli.
– Max started the 250 East Region Championship off with much more holyshitness than most of us expected. This definitely made him a Happy Max.
– Another happy moment, so maybe this whole post is trending towards happy thoughts actually. Straight Peter Pan stuff going on. Congrats to Vince Friese for taking the championship in the Kicker AMA Arenacross Series!
– I’ve found a collection of 2007 AND 2011 World Mini Grand Prix footage deep in the archives that hasn’t seen the light of day since the scrolls were discovered. We posted “The Lost Files” Episode 1 yesterday featuring Trey Canard, Blake Bagget, and Blake Wharton. You know this made me happy.
– The whoops might have bit him, but “Get Fined because He’s so Mad” Sexton will continue to be at the front of the 450 championship. Him and Webb are likely contenders to stay on the top of this list moving forward.
– We sadly have to end with a sad moment. The whole Kenny incident had the entire nation on its knees crying, but the good news is we have 12 rounds to go. Kickstart Kenny isn’t out of this thing yet.
