Earlier this year, at the 2021 Motocross of Nations in Mantova, it was announced that the iconic RedBud would host the 2022 Motocross of Nations.
RedBud also hosted the 2018 Motocross of Nations, which was a disaster for Team USA. France won the event over The Netherlands and Great Britain, while the U.S. struggled to a fifth place finish on home soil with a team of Eli Tomac, Justin Barcia and Aaron Plessinger.
Today, Infront Moto Racing, promoters of the FIM Motocross World Championship and the Motocross of Nations, announced its provisional calendar for the 2022 season, which means we have official dates for the Motocross of Nations.
The Motocross of Nations will take place September 24-25 at RedBud. The 2022 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship is slated to end on September 3 at Fox Raceway 2, while the FIM World Motocross Championship is scheduled to end on September 18 at a location to be announced at a later date.
