Thursday is a great day to start sorting through all of the storylines that Monster Energy Supercross has to offer. It’s not too close and not too far away from the race on Saturday night. It builds the right amount of excitement, not too much and not too little. It’s science.
The good news for all of us is that this season has been absolutely crazy and we’re only a little over halfway through doggies! I went ahead and picked through millions of storylines and narrowed it down to what looks like several hundred.
We’re heading into Indy this weekend, which is the home race of Troy Dog! Indy is always freezing cold for some reason, but this year it’s going to be around 60, which means that all the riders won’t be hiding in the trucks, which is good. Also, Indy is a Triple Crown format, which should provide a night of unforgettable racing in the soft rutted conditions.
