Texas’ Ty Masterpool has a lot to celebrate this weekend. Sure, it’s his hometown race for round 2 of the SuperMotocross Playoffs at Texas Speedway, but he’s celebrating a new deal as well.
Today, Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki announced that they have signed Masterpool for the 2025 season. A privateer has made it off of the island!
Kawasaki announced that the deal is for the 2025 SuperMotocross Championship. The Pro Circuit team has taken shape and is complete. Masterpool will join his already signed teammates Cameron McAdoo and Seth Hammaker on the squad. Garrett Marchbanks has also been signed for the 2025 season as well. Levi Kitchen will round out the team on his second year of a two-year deal.
Masterpool was a revelation for Mitch Payton’s PC team this summer. He was signed for a fill-in ride right before the Fox Raceway opener. By the fourth round at High Point he took his first ever overall win home.
Masterpool finished fifth in the 250MX standings with two Moto wins and one overall win on the season. He’s currently sitting in 11th in the 250SMX standings with two rounds to go.
