We said it at the Awards Ceremony and we will say it again, YOU ALL ARE SAVAGES!! When we set out with our great friend Gypsy to start a unique fundurance event last year, we didn’t necessarily intend on making a course that was worthy of olympic gold medalist, but that’s essentially what it’s turned into. While it’s still very much fun, completing this 8 hour and 20 minute team event is an incredible feat, even with a team of 4. Multiple people from FMF’s Little D to MXA’s Josh Mosiman said this was most likely the hardest, craziest, but most fun event they’d ever completed. To see how many teams crossed the finish line this year was nothing short of magical, and the vibes, the elation, the gratitude… you can’t even explain it unless you were there and did it. From the Vurbmoto Crew, the RMX Crew, the Sheila Straight, the Thor Really Scary Downhill #2, and Scaredy Cat Lane, a massive congratulations to each and every one of you that persevered through that brutality of a course and mission.
